Had a problem with customs, boarding, and then they lost my luggage. That. was not fun.

But at least I'm home now and safe, relatively, just with a lot of stuff to do in a very short amount of time. Also I got to watch a documentary on the evolution of the geological nature of the Earth, a documentary following the life of a Siberian Lynx, and a Japanese comedy-drama called No More Cry on the plane. And that's with also getting up and walking and racking up about half a mile in the air.

Even with the disappointment of missing the show (trying really hard not to think about it and I've already clinched the cost issue with my credit card company) and the last day sort of in general, that doesn't make the rest of my time any less special. For the first time, I really got to travel and see new things, learn new things, heck--even my basicbasic Japanese skill was useful, to a point. The people were so nice, the culture so vast and amazing to be experience, and for the most part I really enjoyed myself.

Japan's a beautiful country with tons of history, nuances, places within it. I'd definitely like to go back to experience Kyoto again, to watch another Takarazuka show, to maybe get to see Harajuku on a busy Sunday.

I'm so glad I went, that I got to see, learn, enjoy what I did. That I got to document it, and that I was able to share it with you.

Thanks Japan. Hope to see you again.
